About the Network Operations Center (NOC) The NOC is the central command and control center for Transportation Execution across the Amazon Supply Chain network, supporting multiple geographies, including North America, India, and Europe. The team ensures hassle-free, timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to Amazon fulfillment centers and from Amazon fulfillment centers to carrier hubs. In case of any exceptions, the NOC steps in to resolve issues, keeping all stakeholders informed on the proceedings. The team is also responsible for understanding trends in network exceptions, automating processes, and proposing process changes to streamline operations.
