Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Tier 1 Support Specialists to join our 24/7/365 support team, with a focus on night shift operations. As a technical support rockstar, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our end-users, including physicians, nurses, and system administrators. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our clinical communications and scheduling solutions, ultimately contributing to better patient care and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch technical support and customer service to end-users via phone, chat, and our online customer portal Assist end-users with general user account management, end-user education, on-call schedule management, mobile and web interface assistance, application builds and revisions, and application troubleshooting Field incoming client communications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other blithequark teams, including customer success, integration, and technical teams, on escalated technical issues Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services, including clinical communications, scheduling, and patient engagement solutions Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications Strong technical aptitude and excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner High customer empathy and exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized support and resolving issues efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize competing tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's remote work requirements Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required Ability to start on December 2, 2024, and participate in initial onboarding and training, which will align with a Monday - Friday day (EST) schedule Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry Familiarity with clinical communications, scheduling, and patient engagement solutions, as well as healthcare technology and trends Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex technical issues Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
