We pride ourselves on our ability to offer customized solutions to our insurer clients, empowering them to provide their policyholders with the assurance of Performance Excellence Guaranteed claims settlements. **Temporary Data Entry Clerk Role** As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in our Field Support Department, providing accurate and complete data entry of lists and/or reviewing and editing transcribed voice clips from our mobile app software. This is a process-oriented role, where you will follow arenaflex's standard claims methodologies to handle content-related losses for our insurer clients. **Responsibilities** As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, your responsibilities will include: * Completing the data entry of lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness * Reviewing and revising mobile app transcribed entries * Ensuring ongoing communication with other team members on the progression of the data entry and pricing of contents * Ensuring ongoing communication with Content Claims Specialists * Adhering to workflow deadlines * Documenting and uploading pertinent claim-related information and maintaining detailed notes in the relevant systems * Making any necessary changes immediately after the Quality Assurance review * Completing and submitting detailed work/time logs on a daily basis, for all claims processed * Performing any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Secondary School diploma * Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles * A reliable, high-speed internet service and personal computer or laptop running on Windows 10 or 11 (No Mac or Chromebook) * A USB wired headset and working webcam * Strong technical skills (MS Office/Outlook, online research for accurate pricing of items, typing, accurate data editing, etc.) * Strong attention to detail * Ability to collaborate with other team members * Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English * Must be highly organized and able to multi-task * Exceptional time management skills * Self-starter, able to work independently and unsupervised * Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology * Willingness to learn and continuously improve **What We Offer** As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a competitive hourly rate of $11.
