Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties designed to support, enhance, and streamline the use of arenaflex's content tools by external partners. Key responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive technical support to content and external teams regarding the use of content tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues and optimal tool utilization. Developing and maintaining reference materials and delivering training sessions to equip external teams with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use the toolset, thereby enhancing their productivity and efficiency. Identifying, debugging, and resolving issues with tools and workflows, collaborating with the tools development team and production as necessary to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution. Escalating complex or problematic issues to the tool development team and working closely with production to track these issues in JIRA, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and that issues are addressed in a timely manner. Acting as an advocate for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, providing valuable feedback to the internal development team to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a combination of technical skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with arenaflex's high standards. Essential qualifications include: A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience that demonstrates a strong foundation in software development and technical support. Experience in supporting live service or tool environments, with a proven track record of providing effective technical support and resolving complex issues. Familiarity with Unity 3D game and tool development, as well as experience with iOS and Android mobile development, to understand the diverse needs of external content teams. Proficiency in using defect tracking software such as Jira and Confluence, with the ability to manage and track issues efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners and internal teams, providing clear, concise, and constructive feedback. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications While not required, candidates with the following qualifications will be highly competitive for this role: 5 years or more of experience in delivering production-level code in a professional environment, with a focus on software development, technical support, or a related field. Experience with C# code, demonstrating an understanding of programming principles and the ability to read and comprehend code.
