Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and effective issue resolution. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, demonstrating a strong problem-solving approach and attention to detail. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient customer support. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with a preference for familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting a holistic and personalized support experience.
