Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure efficient customer support Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies Offer additional products and services to customers as needed and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Work in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong focus on building customer relationships, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
