About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, leveraging your problem-solving skills and knowledge of client products and services Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolution Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, as well as familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology Offer additional products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant solutions Deliver expert customer experiences, providing personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred Open availability and flexibility to work in a remote capacity A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with high-speed internet and a smartphone Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to learn new technologies and navigate complex systems Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions and resolve issues efficiently Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with the following skills and experience: Technical support experience, with a strong understanding of hardware and software issues Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to investing in the growth and development of our employees.
