Job Overview The Technical Support and Customer Service Representative role at blithequark involves providing customer service support and resolving routine problems related to our client's products and services. As a remote worker, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, using your excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls and online interactions. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues, providing product information, and offering additional products and services to our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a professional and courteous manner Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, using your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to provide effective solutions Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, to provide expert advice and support to customers Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services Deliver expert customer experiences, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service and support, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong focus on building customer relationships, with a minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience. You should be comfortable working an evening or overnight schedule, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Technical support experience is preferred, although not essential, and you should have a high school diploma or GED. You will need to have a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing, and high-speed internet access (no wireless/hotspots or satellite). A smartphone is also required, and you must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
