What to Expect: Key Responsibilities As a Technical Recruiter with Workwarp, you will be responsible for: Sourcing and recruiting top talent for technology and digital teams across various IT skill sets, including software engineering and infrastructure engineering. Managing the entire recruiting cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Collaborating with executive leadership on high-priority roles, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Working closely with a coordinator to facilitate the interview process for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Leading initiatives related to internships, career fairs, and other HR tasks, contributing to the development of the company's talent pipeline. Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience You Need To succeed in this role, you will need: 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in various technical roles, including software engineering and infrastructure engineering, to effectively source and evaluate candidates. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with the ability to track and report on open requirements. A proven ability to refine job requirements in collaboration with executive stakeholders, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Nice to Have While not essential, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Familiarity with Oracle's ATS system, which will enable you to hit the ground running and maximize your productivity.
