About the Role The blithequark Field Experiences (AFX) team is looking for a driven, curious, and passionate inventor to dive deep into the lives of our salespeople and identify key areas for investment. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for deeply understanding the processes, complex systems ecosystem, and interpersonal networks that our salespeople navigate every day. Your goal will be to simplify, accelerate, or otherwise force multiply their effectiveness, leveraging your expertise in sales and sales operations, as well as your knowledge of the various technologies that power them. Key Responsibilities Deeply understand the processes, systems, and technologies that our salespeople use every day, and identify areas for improvement and innovation Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, and that simplifies, accelerates, or otherwise enhances the effectiveness of our salespeople Write press releases that imagine what we would say to customers on the release date of a new product, to ensure that we build the right solutions Determine when it is appropriate to build, improve an existing solution, or integrate existing features for a more cohesive end-to-end customer experience Ideate, incubate, and iterate on ideas until they are ready to present to leadership for review, acceptance, and funding Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to deliver products and online services that meet the needs of our customers and salespeople Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management experience, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experiences A strong technical background, with a deep understanding of sales and sales operations, as well as the various technologies that power them Experience cutting through ambiguity and driving strategy through influencing executive leadership Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who have: Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management processes Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines A proven track record of product management, with a focus on innovation, customer experience, and sales operations Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations from data Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have a range of skills and competencies, including: Technical expertise, with a deep understanding of sales and sales operations, as well as the various technologies that power them Product management skills, with the ability to define, launch, and optimize product and services experiences Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations from data Leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive strategy and influence executive leadership Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
