About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our team, focusing on remote data entry and IT support services. This role is crucial in managing local and remote resources, defining the perfect customer experience, and developing strategies to achieve it. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of technical professionals across multiple locations, ensuring seamless IT support services for arenaflex employees worldwide. Develop and implement strategies to create an exceptional customer experience, owning the vision and guiding the team towards achieving it. Assist in defining and refining the knowledge base to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues, ensuring efficient issue handling and problem management. Identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement to proactively reduce requests and enhance overall IT support efficiency. Set clear metrics and goals for the team, measuring success and guiding them towards achieving high standards in issue handling, escalation, and problem management. Collaborate with global organizations to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to customer experience and IT support. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and leading teams of technical professionals across multiple locations. At least 2 years of experience as an Information Technology Operations Manager or a similar role. A Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional or military experience. Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in managing remote teams and IT support services.
