About the Role As a Technical Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at our Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers. Your technical expertise and business acumen will enable you to understand the customers' needs, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our platform. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders at assigned customer accounts, providing strategic guidance and support to drive their success with blithequark. Conduct in-depth analysis of customers' businesses and needs, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their usage of our platform. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Support teams, to drive customer-centric initiatives and ensure seamless delivery of our solutions. Represent blithequark at a senior level to merchants, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices and industry trends. Provide detailed feedback from merchants to internal partners, driving product enhancements and innovation. Monitor customer health and satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues to prevent churn. Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell blithequark's solutions, driving revenue growth and expansion. Develop and execute customized success plans for assigned customers, aligning with their strategic objectives and goals. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Technical Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll need: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Strong technical knowledge of software applications and platforms, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and technical stakeholders. A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in the fintech or financial services industry. Knowledge of payment processing and financing solutions. Certifications in Customer Success, such as CSM or CSMP. Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce. A master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
