Key Responsibilities Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their usage of blithequark's account and billing services, providing valuable feedback and insights. Process records and billing-related customer cases through case management, email, chat, and phone tools. Perform in-depth analysis on enterprise client accounts and billing statements to identify trends and areas for improvement. Deliver prompt, efficient, and detailed customer support to enterprise clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business and technical needs, and help them achieve the best value from blithequark's services. Drive initiatives that enhance client interactions with blithequark's account and billing data, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions. Proactively seek solutions to client needs, communicating trends to service teams, and recommending innovative solutions to enhance the client experience. Assist with enterprise client communication during blithequark's critical launches and maintenance events. Create detailed documentation about blithequark's specific products and features, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical customer service or related field. You should be fluent in English and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
