**Experienced Technical Consultant - Chatbot Development and Deployment (Remote)**

As a key member of our Technical Account Consultant (TAC) team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customers with arenaflex products and services. **About the Team** The TAC team is at the forefront of improving the customer experience within arenaflex. We build strong relationships with our customers, encourage product usage, and act as dedicated customer technical consultants. Our team provides valuable resources to help our customers succeed with our solutions, effectively manages internal procedures, and works across departments to achieve our goals. Our success is driven by our commitment to excellence and our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Technical Consultant, you'll collaborate closely with one of arenaflex's largest customers to ensure their success with our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions * Providing technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful implementation and deployment of arenaflex solutions * Identifying and resolving technical issues and providing solutions to customers * Developing and delivering training and educational programs to customers * Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field * At least 6 years of experience in technical support engineering and customer service * Familiarity with major conversational AI platforms, including the creation and deployment of virtual agents * Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, especially when debugging or enhancing virtual agents * Experience working with REST APIs, SDKs, and Webhooks to integrate virtual agents with backend services, databases, and third-party systems * Ability to troubleshoot API errors and ensure smooth integration between the virtual agent and external systems (CRM, databases, etc.) * Solid understanding of core web technologies, such as HTTP/HTTPS, REST, web socket, SSL/TLS * Basic understanding of NLP concepts and how virtual agents process language and handle intents, entities, and dialogue management * Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure for deploying virtual agents in scalable, cloud-based environments **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working with managed services and ITIL concepts and practices * Project management experience, working within large/enterprise-level and Telco space * Excellent customer-facing skills and a background in consultation * Ability to serve as a technical subject matter expert on arenaflex architecture and collaboration space * Willingness to travel to client locations **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
