Key Responsibilities Communicate tasks and assignments from arenaflex's Regulation Managers to Data Entry Specialists, ensuring clear understanding and effective execution. Organize and manage the working schedules of Data Entry Specialists, taking into account different time zones and workflow requirements. Liaise with all stakeholders, including Regulation Managers, Researchers, and Data Entry Specialists, to progress actions and ensure smooth workflow. Develop, maintain, and update documentation to reflect changes in processes and workflows. Implement, optimize, and automate workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Write requirements for other teams, ensuring effective collaboration and integration. Conduct individual coaching and group training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of Data Entry Specialists. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. Manage and lead the Data Entry Specialist team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Provide regular reports on the progress of list processing and results of individual Data Entry Specialists, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Train new Data Entry Specialist team members on workflows, processes, and best practices, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management or a related field, with a strong foundation in data processing and operations. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Manager, preferably with experience in leading both Data Entry Specialist and non-Data Entry Specialist teams. Proven experience in managing workflows, organizing team members, and coordinating tasks across different time zones. Strong experience in working with multiple stakeholders, including Regulation Managers, Researchers, and Data Entry Specialists. Experience in conducting coaching, mentoring, and training sessions in a remote format, with a focus on developing the skills and knowledge of team members. Ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency, with a strong focus on attention to detail, quality, and productivity. Understanding of large language models (LLM) is a mandatory requirement, with a strong foundation in data analysis, processing, and quality checks. Preferred Qualifications Experience in data mining, analysis, and processing, with a strong understanding of data quality, accuracy, and completeness. Knowledge of workflow automation tools and technologies, with experience in implementing and optimizing workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
