About the Role The Supply Chain Specialist - Procurement will play a critical role in managing day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring the smooth execution of our supply chain functions. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate procurement operations, including purchase order submission and maintenance Validate invoices and ensure accurate documentation management Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers Analyze supply chain functions, including purchasing, fulfillment, logistics, and finance, to identify areas for improvement Create and modify reports to effectively analyze supply chain performance Communicate professionally with suppliers and customers, both verbally and in writing Utilize ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) to submit and maintain purchase orders and invoices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in supply chain management, procurement, and operations.
