As a Studio Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new opportunities in the creative production landscape. Key Responsibilities Build and manage Studios pipeline valuing 3-5X quota Partner with the SDR team to establish outreach plan and with Enterprise Marketing and Studios team to develop relevant sales materials Develop long-term relationships with clients and stay close to industry trends across the global creative landscape to inform larger opportunities Navigate through the client's organization, guide and assist clients in achieving a successful start with Shutterstock Studios, and help them expand the value realized from our solutions Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure Studios target delivery and balanced growth Identify Studios opportunity within existing and new accounts and become a trusted advisor by establishing positive relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and dedication to value Lead account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles while working with clients to become Shutterstock references Review public information to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the client Essential Qualifications Minimum 7-10+ years of experience selling custom solutions to Marketing organizations Track record of demonstrating sales excellence and proven results selling value Strong understanding of production, both traditional and emerging production capabilities Creative, problem-solving approach and experience with SalesForce or competitive CRM High level of intellectual curiosity and desire to learn a partner's businesses Effective presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in formal and informal settings Preferred Qualifications Experience leading complex transactions, sales, and/or partnerships Experience in messaging and positioning content and production value propositions to internal and external audiences Understanding of the media/production landscape and history of developing customer acuity to understand each customer's technology/content footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and the competitive landscape Skills and Competencies Required for Success Strong sales and business development skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work optimally in a team environment and act as a liaison with all other organizations within Shutterstock Creative problem-solving approach and ability to think outside the box Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits As a Studio Sales Specialist at Shutterstock Studios, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth, develop new skills, and advance your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
