As a Student Success Coach, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference, one student at a time. **Key Responsibilities** As a Student Success Coach, you'll be responsible for: * Supporting students throughout their education program, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their academic goals * Managing a group of assigned students, coaching them through their degree program, and proactively reaching out to ensure their success * Encouraging and supporting students through daily and weekly outreach, helping them develop essential skills and knowledge for academic success * Providing a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests * Offering and teaching students how to use resources to maximize their success * Becoming a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support * Serving as a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments and resources **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning (or international equivalent) * Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling * Knowledge of academic policies and procedures * Ability to learn technical skills quickly * Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner * Strong customer support focus and attention to details **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary range of $23-$24 per hour * Paid time off and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, pharmaceutical, dental, and vision coverage * Health savings and flexible spending accounts * 401(k) Savings Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Life and Disability Insurance * Tuition assistance and Employee Assistance Program * Additional benefits, including prenatal and adoption assistance, and other voluntary benefits to select from * Opportunity to become a Certified Professional Resume Writer through paid certification by PARWCC (Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches) **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. We hire people from all time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our students.
