Key Responsibilities Collaborate with ministry leadership to ensure adequate staffing levels for hospital departments, taking into account patient census, acuity, and sick calls. Respond to real-time changes in staffing needs, utilizing critical thinking and attention to detail to make informed decisions. Recruit and allocate resources for assigned patient units, ensuring that staffing levels are adequate to meet patient care demands. Utilize multiple software applications in a high-volume environment, including database management and customer service platforms. Continuously reevaluate competing priorities to meet staffing needs, ensuring that patient care is always the top priority. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: H.S. Diploma or GED, with an Associate's Degree in Healthcare, business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. At least 1 year of computer application and database management experience, with proficiency in multiple software applications. At least 1 year of customer service experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Haves While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of hospital operations and staffing protocols. Experience with staffing software and systems, including scheduling and resource allocation platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
