Key Responsibilities Lead the development and launch of 0-to-1 products that serve business partners in the health and wellness industry, such as healthcare payers, pharmaceutical companies, and more Develop a deep understanding of the needs, pain points, and decision-making processes of business partners in the health and wellness industry to inform product value and product strategy Work closely with the Data Science team to create data-driven products that deliver value to B2B clients Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and product release cycles Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that address customer problems and align with Store No 8 and Walmart's mission and key objectives Champion customer experience and customer offer across all decisions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Experience working with, and/or building products for, healthcare payers (insurance companies), pharmaceutical companies, or other healthcare business partners Deep understanding of partner needs across the complex healthcare system Solid understanding of data-driven product development, with demonstrated expertise in iterative development and innovative experimentation to identify and validate hypotheses Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to work with and present to executives, drive strategic direction, and influence without authority Experience partnering with cross-functional partners to align product development efforts with regulatory compliance, business, and clinical value Comfort with building and nurturing model concepts with high potential for scale Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) Success in an entrepreneurial environment, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experiences are preferred: Experience in AI/ML technologies and/or data science Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong product management skills, with the ability to develop and execute product strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the needs of business partners and develop products that meet those needs Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits As a Staff Product Manager at Walmart, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
