Job Overview As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns via inbound calls. You will be responsible for delivering an optimum level of service, achieving the best resolution for the customer, and advising them on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Essential Qualifications Fluency in Spanish (communication level) - native or near-native speakers preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer-oriented and compassionate, with a patient and empathetic approach. Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Sound judgment and decision-making skills. Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office. Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home effectively. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field. Tech-savviness and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. Gifted communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
