About the Role We are seeking native or near-native Spanish speakers to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. No previous experience is required, but we do appreciate individuals who are tech-savvy and gifted communicators.
