Create detailed documentation, including technical specifications, process documentation, and user manuals for deployed solutions, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements. Provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support for deployed automation solutions and frameworks, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance to ensure maximum ROI. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. 4+ years of experience in developing automation solutions with programming languages like UiPath, JavaScript, Google Applications Content, Python, SQL, and Jira. A strong background in business process improvement and requirements gathering, with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for automation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand the technical implications of business decisions and requests. Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy: Experience with mechanical process automation, including design, coding, testing, and documenting solutions. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
