About the Role The Social Media Customer Support Specialist will be an integral part of the Sales and Digital Department, focusing on multiple verticals, including fitness apps, digital accounts, and voice technology marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the music industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of arenaflex's music content to various platforms, managing social media campaigns, and providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between arenaflex and fitness app partners, such as Peloton, Supernatural, and Medrhythms, to ensure seamless music integration and promotion. Develop innovative strategies to support music releases with wellness partners, taking into account the unique characteristics and demographics of each platform. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain approvals for branded efforts and analyze campaign results to inform future planning. Maintain a strong understanding of voice assistant technology, including Siri, Alexa, and Google, to optimize music streaming consumption through voice requests. Liaise with select digital partners to market arenaflex releases for consumption on their platforms, including social asset ideas, advertising ideas, and other creative marketing methods. Work with internal teams to create and execute social and digital marketing campaigns for digital recording support, including podcast delivery and promotion. Measure and share podcast listening results, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: At least three years of experience working in digital marketing and development or similar technology fields in the music industry. Familiarity with smart speakers and devices, as well as experience working with third-party partners. A passion for music, with excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills. The ability to multitask, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn proprietary software as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other programs, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their applications in the music industry. Knowledge of music licensing and distribution, with experience working with digital music platforms. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies.
