Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing technical issues, and providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Rapid Response: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Problem Solvers: Assist customers with technical issues, charging questions, and other concerns, providing expert knowledge and solutions to keep our customers satisfied. Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and commitment to customer satisfaction through every interaction. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including Autopilot functionality, energy storage solutions, and other key features. 24/7 Availability: Be available to support customers around the clock, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need, whenever they need it. Multilingual Support: Provide support to customers in their preferred language, enhancing their experience and demonstrating our commitment to inclusivity. Personalized Interaction: Treat each customer individually, providing personalized support and solutions to strengthen their loyalty to our brand. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Basic knowledge of electric vehicles and renewable energy. Preferred Qualifications: We're looking for candidates with: Experience working in the electric vehicle or renewable energy industry. Knowledge of Tesla products and services. Fluency in multiple languages. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
