Key Responsibilities: Shaping Our Social Media Presence and Driving Community Engagement Develop and execute sports campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty across social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram. Manage and curate brand content across social networks, ensuring consistency, relevance, and timeliness in our messaging. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across social media channels, providing timely and effective solutions to service issues and product-related queries. Write and implement strategies, content, and reporting to drive effective results, leveraging data insights and industry trends to inform our approach. Contribute to the development of successful agency and client processes, including training guides and case studies that showcase our expertise and thought leadership. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in community management, social media marketing, and customer engagement. Here are the essential and preferred qualifications we're looking for: Essential Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in community management, with a focus on social media, sports, or a related field. Professional experience using enterprise publishing and listening tools, such as Sprinklr (proficiency is a significant plus). Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively collaborate and engage with internal stakeholders and clients. Detail-oriented, organized, caring, innovative, communicative, and data-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications: Additional experience in social media, paid media, and other areas of marketing, such as content creation, campaign planning, and analytics. Experience working with sports teams, leagues, or brands, and a deep understanding of the sports industry and its nuances. Comfortable with flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and campaign execution. Quick learner, always looking to embrace and master new technologies, tools, and platforms. Skills and Competencies: What You'll Need to Succeed To excel as a Social Media Community Manager - Sports at Workwarp, you'll need a unique blend of skills and competencies, including: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram, and their respective advertising and content formats. Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with sports fans. Data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to leverage insights to inform our social media strategy and optimize campaign performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
