As a Site Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing site logistics, tutor performance, and ensuring the overall success of our tutoring program. Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Site Coordinator to manage our tutoring site in Pemberton, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with site staff and the community, ensuring tutors have the necessary materials to help students succeed, and managing tutor work schedules. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Program Director to develop strong relationships with site staff and the community Ensure tutors have the necessary materials and resources to help students succeed Complete and submit digital records of tutor and student attendance, scholar rosters, and site concerns Manage tutor work schedules and apprise the Program Director of any issues or concerns Collaborate with Instructional Coaches to review tutor performance and provide guidance as needed Participate in weekly meetings with other Site Coordinators to share best practices and discuss program updates Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of education New Jersey Certification of Criminal History (fingerprint form) Experience in teaching or overseeing the work of others Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Excellent communication and written skills Experience as a paraprofessional, substitute teacher, teacher, or community member who works with children Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you must possess: Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Career Growth Opportunities At New Jersey Tutoring Corps Inc., we are committed to the growth and development of our staff.
