Key Responsibilities Edit short-form videos (15-90 seconds) for various social media platforms, ensuring they're optimized for vertical formats and align with our brand style and content strategy. Add text overlays, captions, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement and convey the intended message. Incorporate sound effects, background music, and transitions effectively to create a captivating viewing experience. Deliver high-quality edits on tight deadlines, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Stay up-to-date with platform-specific trends and best practices, continuously refining your skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the curve. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Proven experience editing short-form content for social media platforms, with a portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, Descript, or Adobe AfterEffects. A strong sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with viewers. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong work ethic. Familiarity with platform-specific trends and best practices, as well as a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the world of short-form video content. Access to editing equipment that can handle minimum 1080p specs, as well as reliable internet connectivity.
