As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, myColorado, via live chat and other communication channels Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve technical issues in both iOS and Android operating systems Install myColorado software on supported devices following defined procedures, processes, and methods Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve the overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and trends in mobile application support Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: One year of professional experience in an occupational field related to mobile application support, or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees Strong technical skills and knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise support via live chat and other communication channels Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with Jira, ITIL Certification, Agile and scrum methodology, and government work experience Knowledge of Apple and Google Play Store, as well as diagnostic tools and a diverse range of mobile device makes and models Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
