As a Senior Statistics Architect with our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of Customer method. About blithequark and the Industry blithequark is a global leader in customer experience, with over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider areas. Our Customer Listening Team, spanning across GSG, GABM, and GCS businesses, is responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of Customer technique. This technique includes designing and programming customer experience surveys, which comprise over 40 studies translated in more than 10 languages and deployed in over 20 countries. Job Summary As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of our Voice of Customer method. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Helping to improve and preserve the new Voice of Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey vendor * Collaborating closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology Key Responsibilities Work closely with utility teams to define, frame, and capture commercial enterprise needs Develop information on Voice of Purchaser methods and leverage them to define and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform Design and build robust records model architecture to support most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions Enable big statistics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels Provide pointers to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software program programs, exploring and building automation tools Proactively select and automate guide obligations to improve quality and efficiency Operate closely with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique Talent and Abilities To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no longer than 3+ years * Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise in functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the holistic well-being of our colleagues and their loved ones.
