Key Responsibilities Create high-end creative assets, including video content, optimized for various social media platforms and aligned with our brand identities Utilize Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and other video editing software to produce custom content for a diverse range of platforms Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and adapting to changing circumstances, such as breaking news or viral moments Collaborate with social media specialists to execute their visions and co-lead content plans for priority events and initiatives Pitch innovative ideas in weekly brainstorms and daily content meetings, contributing to the development of our content strategy Educate social media specialists on basic design concepts to maintain our visual brand and create optimized content for social media Communicate effectively with managers, producers, and other stakeholders to update project timelines and report on progress Lead projects that involve interfacing with internal partners and external freelancers, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality output Vet content to ensure visuals adhere to our brand values and resonate with our social media audience Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5 years' design experience, with at least 2 years focused on social media design Experience using 3D software like Blender or Cinema 4D An online portfolio or demo reel showcasing your creativity, design, and type layout skills Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe After Effects and Premiere Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Understanding of social media platforms, emerging trends, and audience analytics Basic knowledge of the sports landscape, including current athletes, rules, and events Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualities will be highly valued: Willingness to learn new editing software and implement it within our design team Commanding knowledge of the sports landscape, including current events, athletes, and trends Strong familiarity with social media and pop culture trends Highly developed skills in interpreting and applying social data to inform design choices Education and Training The following educational background is required: High school diploma and relevant training or experience However, a Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred. The base pay will be determined based on internal equity, geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
