Experienced Senior Real-Time Analyst for Workforce Management and Operational Excellence at arenaflex

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real-Time Analyst (Sr. RTA) to join our US arenaflex Workforce Management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of our incoming and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. The successful candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of service levels, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances, thereby serving as a global WFM Point of Contact (POC) for the US team. Key Responsibilities The Sr. RTA will play a critical role in analyzing forecasted details from our Economists team and drafting way forward plans to ensure peak readiness, headcount hiring, and other strategic initiatives. The key responsibilities of this role include: Monitoring and analyzing interval level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and other metrics that impact business KPIs, and calling out for corrective or supportive actions as needed. Ensuring each org/skill adheres to operational expectations such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence. Collaborating with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned Org/skill to identify and address gaps or opportunity areas that may impact operational metrics. Ensuring timely closure of all planning-related activities, including training, QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, shift rollovers, and BCP planning. Managing and resolving all WFM actionable SIMs/tickets within committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensuring capacity alignment (scheduling) is based on expected volume and taking necessary actions in case of short-term deficits. Mentoring and developing fellow RTAs with all WFM required skills and knowledge to enhance team performance and capabilities. Conducting deep dives to provide insights on metric misses, identifying factual callouts, and outlining paths to improvement (PTGs). Ensuring that expected processes are followed by Operations and simplifying current processes to remove waste or non-value enablers, promoting operational efficiency and excellence. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven experience in workforce management, operations, or a related field, with a deep understanding of service level management, operational metrics, and performance analysis. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational gaps and opportunities for improvement. Experience with workforce management software and tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A degree in a related field, such as Operations Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Certification in workforce management or a related field, such as CWPP or CWP. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
