Job Summary The EC2 Customer Capacity Experience (CCX) organization at blithequark is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join its Customer Planning Team. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning compute capacity and delivering on customer commitments for internal and external customers. This will involve owning the entire capacity planning process, from understanding customer requirements to determining high-confidence fulfillment plans and tracking hardware delivery into customer accounts. In this role, you will work closely with professionals from various domains, including Sales, Account Management, Finance, Engineering, Forecasting, Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Data Center Planning. You will engage directly with external blithequark customers and senior leaders across the organization, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities Own the capacity planning process, from understanding customer requirements to determining high-confidence fulfillment plans and tracking hardware delivery into customer accounts Drive process improvements and collaborate with engineering organizations to build new technologies that automate demand planning for customers Communicate clearly and succinctly with customers, providing the right amount of information and insights to drive customer outcomes and business objectives Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Finance, Engineering, Forecasting, Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Data Center Planning Engage directly with external blithequark customers and senior leaders across the organization, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth Analyze large data sets to inform decisions and drive solutions to business problems, using data to support ideas and identify opportunities for partnerships across blithequark Proactively identify risk and employ mitigations to get plans back on track or work with customers to reset expectations Invent new ways to measure the health of the business and insist on the highest standards when holding others accountable to deliver results for customers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a deep understanding of business fundamentals, with experience and comfort communicating plans and outcomes directly to customers. You should be willing to learn quickly and understand technical details to improve the capacity planning experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly verbally and in writing. You should be comfortable juggling competing priorities and navigating ambiguity autonomously, with a strong ability to define program requirements and effectively communicate strategic initiatives to business leaders. You should be data-driven, passionate about finding root causes and trends independently, and able to use data to support your ideas and drive actionable outcomes. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
