As a Senior Product Manager, you will be part of the product management organization, playing a vital role in our game planning, analysis, development, and execution. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team, responsible for ensuring multiple aspects of the game achieve business targets. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be working closely with the Lead Product Manager to create a clear product roadmap of targeted features and drives that work toward the overall product vision. You will be monitoring game performance, driving KPIs, and focusing on key product metrics to improve the product continuously. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy: Partner intimately with the Lead Product Manager to make a clear product roadmap of targeted features and drives that work toward the overall product vision. Game Performance: Monitor game performance and drive KPIs and focuses for products and features. Feedback and Improvement: Implement effective review patterns of the state of our games that carefully consider internal and external feedback as well as key product metrics to improve the product consistently. Competitive Landscape: Stay on top of the competitive scene and maintain a deep understanding of our games. Product Execution: Collaborate with production teams to define and deliver features and functionality that support the overall strategic vision of the product. Design and Development: Work with design teams to balance and tune virtual economies, conceptualize and implement engaging features, mechanics, systems, and modalities of play that achieve engagement and retention objectives. Requirements and Analysis: Gather requirements, write specifications, and work across design, UX, art, and engineering to launch features and content, and analyze the impact of those releases. Marketing and Community: Work closely with marketing and community to ensure they are equipped with the latest information and messaging to effectively take our products to market and to manage a live service. Player Understanding: Define and implement metrics and tracking tools for the product and use the data to inform game design and drive decisions for optimization and future feature development. Partnership Management: Foster effective relationships across the studio and with external partners to deliver significant business results. Leadership: Lead by example, creating a strong sense of direction and community, and promoting a culture of excellence. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: In mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, game systems design, or data analysis in the gaming industry. Quantitative Analysis: Strong experience with quantitative analysis, including the ability to model game parameters using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools like Tableau. A/B and Multivariate Testing: Experience with A/B and multivariate testing. Business Acumen: Strong business and creative skills, with the ability to connect detailed player behavior and financial results. Preferred Qualifications MBA: An MBA is a plus. Industry Experience: Experience in the gaming industry, particularly in game development, publishing, or related fields. Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
