As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for generating innovative ideas based on customer insights, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to bring these ideas to life, and measuring their impact on our business. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Product Manager for Customer Accounts, your key responsibilities will include: Developing and executing product roadmaps that drive customer engagement and retention, using data-driven decision-making and customer-centric strategies Collaborating with stakeholders across the product organization to identify customer needs and preferences, and developing solutions that meet these needs Conducting data analysis and research to inform product decisions, using tools and techniques such as product and feature analytics, data analysis tools, and research for analysis activities Driving customer value within the parameters of profitability and other targets, using design thinking, journey mapping, and process optimization to simplify and improve customer experiences Building and maintaining consistent customer connections, soliciting customer feedback, and creating customer journeys to identify customer touchpoints and address gaps in product experiences Communicating product strategy and vision to stakeholders, using verbal and non-verbal behaviors, situational awareness, and elements of emotional intelligence to influence and build stakeholder consensus Representing technology requirements and driving technology design outcomes, using knowledge of product architecture, services involved, and database and cloud technologies to inform discussions with engineering teams and stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area, and 5 years' experience in product management Alternatively, 7 years' experience in product management or a related area, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer engagement Experience working with data analysis tools and techniques, and using data to inform product decisions Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build stakeholder consensus and drive technology design outcomes Knowledge of product architecture, services involved, and database and cloud technologies, with the ability to represent technology requirements and drive technology design outcomes Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area, with 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in ecommerce, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering teams, design teams, and business stakeholders, to drive product development and launch Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Data-driven decision-making, using data analysis tools and techniques to inform product decisions Customer-centricity, with a strong focus on driving customer engagement and retention Communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build stakeholder consensus and drive technology design outcomes Product management skills, including product roadmap development, product launch, and product maintenance Technical skills, including knowledge of product architecture, services involved, and database and cloud technologies Collaboration and teamwork, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product development and launch Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to helping our associates grow and develop their careers.
