The Senior Manager of Product Management for Customer Experience will play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional product teams to assess market needs, inspire innovation, and execute the delivery of business value. Key Responsibilities The Senior Manager of Product Management for Customer Experience will be responsible for the following key areas: Strategy & Planning (40%) : Develop and execute the overall product vision and strategies, applying domain expertise to provide thought leadership and drive business growth. Collaborate across the enterprise to create alignment between products, understand financial and business impact, and prioritize updates to support the enterprise roadmap. Delivery & Execution (30%) : Drive product development, reviewing performance and directing work efforts to ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. Document, review, and validate products to meet quality and change control standards, and resolve issues that may impair teams from delivering quality products. People (30%) : Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to build a world-class Product Management Team. Conduct annual and mid-year reviews, reviewing individual development plans and providing performance feedback, and foster collaboration with team members to drive value and identify and resolve impediments.
