As a key member of our demand planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective demand planning strategies that drive business growth, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize inventory management. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties: Develop, review, and present approved long-term demand plans for all products in the portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely delivery to meet business objectives. Implement and maintain Anaplan (our demand planning system) statistical forecasting module and planning cycle, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to understand business trends, new product launches, and promotional activities that impact demand. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or supply chain management. At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry. Proven expertise in demand planning systems, such as Anaplan or SAP. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems and tools. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
