Job Overview The Senior HR Technology Analyst will serve as a liaison between our business and technology partners, working closely with the People Systems Team to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and exceptional user experiences. This is a hybrid role based out of our Corporate Campus in Texas, USA, requiring a minimum of three days of on-site work per week. As a strategic problem-solver with a forward-thinking mindset, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing effective solutions that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Generate custom reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary records for analysis by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders Participate in Enterprise projects, providing subject matter expertise in People data and analytics strategies Resolve escalated issues through the analysis of discrepancies in Employee records Ensure data integrity is maintained by accurately interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives Conduct analysis and identify solutions to business problems May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED Advanced-level experience, pro, and specialized expertise in functional support of HR and/or Payroll systems Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods Skilled in the use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions Ability to communicate information and ideas in speech so others will understand Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced expertise and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and Recruiting Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this role Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive market salary ranging from $97,750 to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
