Our team is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry, and we're excited to have you join us on this journey! **Job Summary** As a Senior Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with members, providers, and clients to provide exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or written correspondence.
