Key Responsibilities As a Senior Data Entry Supervisor at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day supervision of data entry staff responsible for processing survey forms, including annual, quarterly, and benchmark surveys. Managing workload distribution, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring job turnaround times are consistently met, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within 1–3 days. Serving as the primary liaison with the Workload Coordinator and program offices to align staffing with survey requirements, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Mentoring and training staff to ensure consistent adherence to data entry standards and accuracy goals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Data Management and Quality Assurance In this role, you will oversee the batching, keypunching, scanning, and indexing of survey forms into blithequark's systems, ensuring strict accuracy and integrity of entered data in compliance with legal mandates. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing and validating error reports, initiating corrections, and ensuring resubmission of batches when needed, to maintain the highest standards of data quality. Monitoring and reporting on error rates, productivity metrics, and compliance with timeliness standards, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements. Process Improvement and Compliance You will be responsible for recommending and implementing improvements to data entry workflows, tools, and error-reduction techniques, ensuring compliance with blithequark's security, privacy, and data-handling protocols. Your duties will include: Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data entry and validation processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices. Supporting contingency planning efforts, including backup and recovery of data entry operations, to minimize risk and ensure business continuity. Reporting and Communication As a Senior Data Entry Supervisor, you will prepare weekly and monthly status reports documenting progress, issues, and corrective actions, communicating effectively with government stakeholders regarding workload status, risks, and quality issues. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting contract deliverables by contributing to project plans, progress meetings, and performance reviews, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication with stakeholders. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience), providing a solid foundation in data management and analysis. A minimum of 5 years of experience supervising data entry or data operations teams in a federal or enterprise-scale environment, demonstrating your ability to lead and manage high-performing teams. Demonstrated expertise in data accuracy, error management, and compliance monitoring, with a strong understanding of data quality and integrity principles. Strong familiarity with large-scale survey data collection and processing workflows, including experience with survey forms and data entry systems. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, scanning tools, and enterprise data entry/keypunch applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Must meet blithequark's credentialing, training, and security requirements, demonstrating your commitment to compliance and security. Desired Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with federal survey data (e.g., BE-10, BE-12, BE-577), providing a strong understanding of survey operations and data management principles. Knowledge of FISMA moderate controls and federal IT/data security standards, demonstrating your expertise in data security and compliance. Familiarity with statistical software (SAS, MATLAB, Python) and database environments (SQL Server), with the ability to apply data analysis and programming skills to drive process improvements. Prior experience in federal contracting environments with Earned Value Management reporting exposure, providing a strong understanding of contract management and reporting principles.
