Our dynamic team is passionate about staying ahead of the curve, and we are always looking for talented individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data from various sources, creating informative dashboards and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business insights. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * **Information Extraction**: Identify and extract relevant information from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data systems, and compile it into comprehensive reports. * **Information Perception and Revealing**: Develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity in data presentation to inform decision making at all levels of the organization. * **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Data Science, to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes, and provide expertise on data-related projects and initiatives. * **Information Quality Assurance and Integrity**: Execute thorough quality control processes to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting, identifying potential discrepancies and recommending corrective actions to mitigate them. **Essential Qualifications** * 4+ years of experience in SQL with large datasets or comparable platforms * 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms * 4+ years of experience in leading data analysis and interpretation * 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint **Preferred Qualifications** * Understanding and experience working with digital media tech stack * Familiarity with DMPs/DSPs/SSPs/Google Cloud Platform/Adobe Marketing Cloud * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $21 per hour * Flexible remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and business knowledge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
