About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Walgreens At Home team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business insights and decision-making across our organization. This is a part-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $32/hour and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals. Key Responsibilities Supervise the delivery of Walgreens Health data and insights drives and projects, upholding long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing exercises to meet Walgreens Health reporting and analysis expectations. Plan, design, and deliver layered data bases and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects. Develop data organizing and pre-handling norms for populating consistent and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements. Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal Walgreens production system sources and external records. Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records). Develop internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.). Essential Capabilities Verifiable, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts. Experience designing and delivering reasonably isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake. Experience providing technical leadership and presenting device rationalist semantic data layer upgrades connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker. Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners. At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. No less than 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management. Able to travel up to/no less than 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Capabilities Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts.
