Job Overview: Senior Data Analyst - Quality Consultant We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst - Quality Consultant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving sales strategies, and enhancing customer experiences through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: Contribute directly to sales and margin objectives in assigned categories by analyzing relevant data and integrating findings and recommendations into Category Plans. Drive strategic execution of everyday arrangement activities, such as off-rack plans, tracking promotional periods, and performing present analysis on corrective actions. Collaborate with an internal team of CVS experts in Stock, Estimating, Advancement, Money, Store Brands, Store Configuration, Advertising, and Store Tasks to achieve business objectives. Analyze sales records and stock levels of current inventory to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain a strong understanding of competitive landscape; search out new competitive opportunities and make recommendations. Stay up-to-date with changes in the market, research client item preferences, provider costs, and the competitive climate. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Statistics, or Mathematics. Working knowledge of retail math concepts and demonstrated application. Technical expertise in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; some experience with Access or other database information. Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a retail or healthcare setting, preferably with a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or health insurance background. Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to drive business decisions through insights. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
