Key Responsibilities and Expectations In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including: Being the data expert on a balanced team engaged in key CX initiatives, combining business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to make sound recommendations. Continuous discovery and data exploration to understand the data domain for assigned initiatives better than any other resource in the company. Tracking the benefits of actions by the CX team using multiple stitched data sources and creating advanced SQL queries that power dashboards. Designing and maintaining front-end dashboards in tools like Tableau and helping design the new CX data platform. Creating base queries and documentation to assist business teams in connecting to this new data source and handling ad-hoc analytics requests. Establishing reporting standards and best practices, architecting and implementing a reporting framework, and overseeing data mining efforts. Collaborating with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to determine requirements and developing programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A strong foundation in data analysis, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in data analysis or a related field. Experience with data management, process analysis, and improvement, as well as the ability to mentor colleagues on standards, best practices, and new technology concepts. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, with 4-6 years of experience for a senior position.
