Job Summary The Senior Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction with the arenaflex platform, driving growth of assigned client relationships, and positioning arenaflex as a trusted business partner. This is a remote opportunity that requires a highly motivated, experienced, and strategic professional with a strong background in customer success management, account management, and operational leadership. Key Responsibilities The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for: Operating and managing client relationships, with a primary focus on Vendor Managers and secondary relationships with Director-level client contacts. Demonstrating the value of the arenaflex platform in delivering high-value business results through superior virtual solutions. Ensuring compliance with client performance expectations and contractual agreements. Developing and maintaining detailed Monthly Action Plans to drive client satisfaction and business growth. Performing daily reviews of client scorecard performance and taking action to ensure delivery against client contracts. Building and maintaining constructive vendor relationships and facilitating resolution of exceptions to agreed-upon performance. Managing vendor performance, including access to data, costs, cycle time, and quality, through the establishment of controls, exception reporting, and regular auditing and performance reporting. Authoring vendor statements of work, including service level exhibits. Undertaking financial and qualitative analysis and understanding core operations management variables and calculations, with a focus on quality and timeliness of delivery. Driving compliance and quality management, and mentoring and supervising Customer Success Managers. Interdependencies The Senior Customer Success Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including: Vendor resources to ensure qualifications and performance expectations are met. Learning teams to deliver correct business outcomes. Business Analytics to evaluate results and prepare for client meetings. Business development teams to identify new business opportunities and craft new programs and value propositions. Qualifications To be successful in this role, the Senior Customer Success Manager should have: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Prior BPO experience, with a strong background in customer success management, account management, and operational leadership. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong negotiating skills and demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities. Experience with contract and vendor management, and deep proficiency with reporting, data and trend analysis. Three years of exempt-level managerial experience, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth.
