The Role: Senior Customer Success Manager We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and retaining our most strategic customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and goals, and ensuring they maximize the value of blithequark's products and services. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of blithequark's most strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to your customers and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services. Conduct regular account reviews with customers to maintain healthy relationships and provide structured updates on product and service developments. Educate customers about blithequark's product and services, including running product training tailored to different customer personas. Effectively handle customer escalations by working cross-functionally to find prompt and satisfactory resolutions, leveraging your problem-solving mentality and conflict resolution capabilities. Apply a data-driven mindset to customer inquiries, needs, and insights, feeding the customer voice back to the business to inform customer-centric improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Account Management, and Support teams to translate customer feedback into high-impact improvements, demonstrating your ability to work autonomously and professionally in a remote setting. Engage in ongoing upskilling to keep pace with our rapidly evolving product, showcasing your growth mindset and solutions-oriented approach. Essential Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Manager, or quota-carrying role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company, with a proven track record of managing multiple customer relationships and driving customer success initiatives. Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and conflicts, with excellent operating rhythm to keep routine deliverables on track while addressing escalations as they emerge. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a problem-solving mentality and demonstrated conflict resolution capabilities. An autonomous, professional, and human-centric approach to customer relationships, with a focus on scale and efficiency in your work. Comfortable working remotely and taking a proactive approach to asynchronous communication, with a reliable home internet connection and fluent English language skills. A growth-minded and solutions-oriented individual with the desire to roll up your sleeves and solve problems as they arise, and a curious team player interested in trying new things and bringing initiatives to the table. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the EOR (Employer of Record) or HR industry and employment practices in more than one country, providing a unique understanding of global employment challenges and opportunities. Proficiency in tools such as Zendesk, Asana, Notion, and Slack, which are used by our teams to manage customer interactions, projects, and knowledge sharing. Ability to speak languages other than English fluently, enhancing your ability to communicate with our diverse customer base and internal teams.
