Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative Specialist to join our Treasury Management Client Care team. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from a quiet, confidential space in your home location, approved by arenaflex. This role will require an 8-hour shift during the hours of 11:30 am - 8:00 pm (EST), Monday - Friday. Please note that this position may not be available in all geographic locations. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced customer service activities and initiatives for specialized products and services, supporting a complex dedicated suite of products/services and servicing a sophisticated client base. Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding complex products, services, and issues via all channels through which customers are served. Resolve customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions and resolving the most complex or reoccurring issues, and identifying root cause and acting as an escalation point. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with arenaflex's core values, demonstrating commitment to quality and serving as a coach or mentor and may serve as a trainer to the customer service team. Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: An Associate's degree or equivalent, as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically, 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions. Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently. Familiarity with treasury management products and services, as well as experience working with complex customer bases. Strong technical skills, with the ability to advise, educate, and engage clients on a variety of technological tools and resources. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As a Senior Customer Service Representative Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be eligible for a range of compensation, perks, and benefits, including: Base salary: $31,000 - $67,600, depending on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. Incentive eligibility, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
