Job Overview We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to support our card clients within the West Region, working hours that align with the Pacific Time Zone. As a Senior Customer Service Representative Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering advanced customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and providing expert guidance to our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from a quiet, confidential space in your home, approved by arenaflex. Please note that this position may not be available in all geographic locations. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced customer service activities and initiatives for specialized products and services, supporting a complex dedicated suite of products/services and serving a sophisticated client base. Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding complex products, services, and issues via all channels, delivering the CARES model to customers and service partners. Resolve customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions and resolving the most complex or reoccurring issues, while identifying root causes and acting as an escalation point. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, consistent with arenaflex's core values, demonstrating a commitment to quality and serving as a coach or mentor to the customer service team. Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide clear, concise solutions. Prior credit card experience, with a strong understanding of card technology and treasury management products. Proven customer service skills, with a focus on problem resolution and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong technical skills, including website navigation and proficiency in various software applications. A high school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree or higher preferred. At least 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on card services, treasury management, or a related field. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $31,200.00 - $67,600.00, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications.
