Job Summary The Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing expert analysis and insights to drive business performance and improve operational efficiency. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including store operations, HR, and leadership, to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead task groups and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve processes Perform data gathering tasks, develop solutions, and implement project plans to drive results Produce reports and presentations for teams and leadership to review and action Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and customer (internal) knowledge Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders Direct and manage direct reports, including assigning and assessing work, training, and contributing to performance evaluations Essential Qualifications The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with excellent quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis.
