Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for using your insights into our organization's work model and cross-functional connections to address and resolve concerns related to labor force activities from our store and HR partners in the field. You will also adopt a proactive approach to creating reporting and identifying potential opportunities to drive scheduling performance in our stores. This will require attention to detail, a focus on customer support, and strong data gathering and analytical skills to investigate and resolve all field requests, as well as provide recommendations on how to improve our processes and communications to our stores. Key Responsibilities Lead task groups of experts and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives Perform data gathering tasks, integration, and analysis to inform business decisions Develop and implement project plans, procedures, and data solutions to drive business performance Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and utilize, and present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and customer (internal) knowledge Direct and lead cross-functional teams, assigning and assessing work, training, and contributing to performance evaluations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job, as well as a minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in a retail or field operations environment. You should also have experience driving high-performing teams, consulting management, and/or project management, as well as strong quantitative skills, such as statistics and data analysis.
